Hi, my name is Krenar Spahiu and I am the founder and owner of K’s Therapeutic Touch LLC!  I am a licensed massage therapist who has a passion & dedication for helping any and all individuals on their journey to self healing!

Although I enjoy helping every individual on some aspect of their health, I have found that my work is best suited for people who are active.  Whether they be your everyday stay-at-home mom or a professional athlete, I have learned that the stretches & deep work I incorporate in my practice tend to be more appreciated by that specific group of people.

Although I can do a traditional deep tissue & I do believe that for some people that is all that is needed, I set myself apart from other massage therapists in that I try to loosen clients up through incorporating stretches into my work.  It may be true that some people simply do not like to stretch, but the fundamental truth is that if you stretch, whether it is enjoyable or not, it will have a positive effect on the body.
